Responsibilities
Security-First Quality Assurance
- Define ‘quality’ as security + safety, and enforce it through tests and automation
- Design and validate enterprise requirements (data privacy, access control) at feature level
Upstream Sync & Merge Management
- Track upstream changes from Cline, resolve conflicts, and protect E2E stability
White-labeling Pipeline (Code Center)
- Maintain the white-label build pipeline for B2B customers
Deep Tech & Standardization
- AST-based safe code analysis/modification
- Private/on-prem LLM integration architecture
- Standardize .caretrules with the community
Requirements
- Strong TypeScript/React skills
- Experience with E2E testing (Playwright, etc.)
- Strong Git fundamentals and careful conflict resolution
- Ownership: define problems and drive solutions to completion
Preferred
- Understanding of AI/LLMs
- Enterprise-grade QA / test automation experience
- Ambition to build your own partner AI
- Open source maintainer/contributor experience
